Sliding...

A long time has passed since my previous post.

For this, I apologize - life has taken the approximation of a runaway train and well... run with it.

Those responsible for the previous bad pun have been sacked.

As for myself, this is the rundown:

Christmas ended, as did my "Winter in FloridaLand" experience.
Lindsay arrived two days later.
Had New Years, a good time was had by all. Missed my peeps that couldn't be there, but we poured one out for them.
Proceeded to attempt to entertain Lindsay for a week and a half. Fun, draining, and I'll never do it again. =D
Got in a massive car accident. I was rear-ended while going 55 MPH on I-94 by a car going around 120 MPH. My car ate their car. Again. When will cars figure out that my little Honda is way better constructed than their damn Nissan or Infiniti? My baby is still destroyed though - drivable without the bumper, yet crushed in the back. Anyhoot (as Em would say), I am okay, if saddled with a long time at the Chiro. Lindsay is also okay, even though she got a bit banged up. The driver of the other car blew a 1.8 and got arrested for DUI and the accident.
Sent Lindsay home.
Dealing with School, Accident, and Home right now.

And that's that.

I saw two amazing shows this last week - Red Scare at Second City and Letters to the President at the Trap Door. I highly recommend both, as does the Reader. =)
